SPICY TUNA CRUNCH WRAP

Enjoy this delicious high protein tuna crunch wrap for less than $10 per serve.

Serves 2 (or double the ingredients to make 4 servings!)

Ingredients:

• 80g canned tuna (drained)
• ¼ red onion finely chopped
• 1 tomato finely chopped
• 1 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tsp sriracha mayo
• 1 tsp pepper
• 4 large tortilla wraps
• 150g mixed grated cheese
• 12 Doritos

 

Method:

1. Mix together the canned tuna, red onion, tomato, mayonnaise, sriracha and pepper
2. Cut out a smaller circle tortilla from the large tortilla (approx 5cm diameter)
3. Layer the large tortilla with the cheese, tuna mix, Doritos, more cheese and the smaller tortilla. Fold as per video
4. Toast in a non-stick pan on a medium heat on each side for approximately 3-4 minutes
5. Remove from the pan, cut down the middle and enjoy!
