

Sashimi Crudo
Pick up fresh fish from the fishmonger and let the ingredients do the talking. This Sashimi Crudo is light, refined and ready in minutes. The kind of dish that looks fancy without even trying.
Ingredients:
- 7 slices of salmon sashimi grade
- 7 slides of kingfish sashimi grade
- 7 slices of tuna sashimi grade
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp chopped shallots
- 1.5 tbsp drained capers
- Pepper, to taste
Method:
- Mix together the olive oil, zest from half a lemon, shallots, capers and a squeeze of lemon wedge
- Lay the sashimi on a plate in a row starting with tuna, salmon and ending with kingfish
- Pour the vinaigrette over the fish and top with cracked pepper
- Serve with remaining lemon wedges and enjoy!
