Mini Pizza Fright Bites

Ingredients:

• 250g pizza dough
• 1 tbsp dried oregano 
• 5 tsp pizza sauce 
• 5 x 1cm cubes of mozzarella 
• 4 slices of pepperoni (cut into quarters) 
• Olive oil cooking spray 

Equipment:

• Coles Halloween Silicone Cake Mould​

Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius 
2. Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface and knead in the dried oregano 
3. Lightly spray the mould with olive oil 
4. Prepare each mould with 1 tbsp dough, 1 tsp pizza sauce, 2 slices of pepperoni and mozzarella.
5. Roll and cover tightly then push into the mould.
6. Cook in the oven for 15 minutes 
7. Pop each pizza dough out from the mould and serve
