Hot Honey Dorito Crusted Cheese Toastie

Level up your toastie game with this Hot Honey Dorito Crusted Toastie.

 

Ingredients

• 2 slices sourdough bread/bread of your choice
• 50g Bag of Doritos
• ¼ cup grated mozzarella cheese
• ¼ cup grated gouda
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp dried chilli flakes

 

Method

1. Crush Doritos into a crumb like consistency using a food processor or smashing in a glad lock bag. Spread onto a plate
2. Lightly butter one side of each slice of bread and press into the Doritos to crumb the bread
3. Fill the bread with both the grated cheeses and toast in a pan on medium heat for 2 minutes on each side
4. Open up the sandwich and fill with honey and chill flakes
5. Close then cut down the middle and enjoy!
