This quick and easy Easter Biscoff Mousse takes just 5 minutes prepare. Serve in your favourite cocktail glass and decorate with Easter eggs of your choice!

Ingredients

  • 200ml thickened cream
  • 1 tbsp lotus Biscoff spread 
  • 6 mini eggs
  • 2 x Easter Egg and/or Bunny
  • 1 lotus Biscoff biscuit 

 

Method

  1. Lightly whip the thickened cream until slightly thickened
  2. Add in the Biscoff spread and continue to whip until a stiff peak forms 
  3. Pipe the cream into a cup of your choice and top with the biscuit, mini eggs and bunny/Easter egg
