Enjoy this Easter blast from the past with these super quick and easy chocolate nests - the perfect treat for the whole family.

Serves 8

Ingredients

• 150g milk chocolate baking chips
• 150g CaramilkChocoolate baking chips
• 200g oriental fried noodles (2 packets)
• 24 mini eggs (1 packet)

Method

1. Put the chocolate in a microwave proof bowl and place in the microwave on medium heat in 30 second bursts, until the chocolate is starting to melt (don’t overdo or the chocolate will burn)
2. Pour the fried noodles into the bowl with the melted chocolate and mix to coat the noodles fully
3. Line a tray with baking paper and make 8 scoops. Push a small spoon into the middle of each to shape the nest. Place 3 mini eggs in each nest.
4. Place in the fridge for a minimum of 10 minutes and enjoy!
