Karri McPherson is a contemporary abstract painter and mural artist based near Newcastle in New South Wales. She recently completed an Honours Degree in a Bachelor of Creative Art at the University of Southern Queensland where she successfully graduated with First Class. Within her work, Karri explores a wide range of geometric designs, and she is fascinated by abstraction's inherent ability to transform urban architectural spaces into platforms for disseminating positivity. Her distinctive artworks invite communities to engage with contemporary art to spark important dialogue around its position and relevance in contemporary spaces. Karri specialises in producing bold, vibrant artworks that infuse interior and exterior spaces with the timelessness of shape, form, and colour.
