HOW TO ORDER
Nanyang Malaya Café is the new little sister café to Nanyang Tea Club found at Market City’s 1909 Dining Precinct. You will be transported to a British Malaya’s Kopitiam-inspired café to the streets of Singapore from the moment you enter. Be greeted with décor that reminisces a relaxed laid-back time with a Rickshaw, rosewood furniture, marble look tables, wall murals, and freshly brewed coffee.
For lunch and dinner, the café offers fragrant curries, punchy rice dishes, and delicious noodles such as Nanyang’s signature laksa, Roti Canai (soft flaky roti served with satays or hearty Curries), and Ipoh Hor Fun. They are bringing their beloved national dishes, Nasi Kerabu made with traditional blue rice and Hainanese Chicken with Rice Balls. Wash it down with a curated selection of tea from their Nanyang Tea Club, Singapore Tiger or local craft beers, and Expresso, or Malaya Kopi coffee.
Nanyang Malaya Café will serve an all-day breakfast till 3 pm, featuring their Kaya Toast made from homemade Coconut Jam served with Onsen Eggs, where the owners would devour as a child growing up in South East Asia. The Nanyang Malaya Café team has curated a Malaya breakfast reinterpreted with an Aussie twist. Plus, there are vegetarian options are also available.
