Try your hand at this quick pizza recipe to take the thinking power out of cooking! Ingredients
2 crushed garlic cloves
2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh sage leaves
2 x 335g pizza bases
100 gram thinly sliced ham
200 gram thinly sliced fontina cheese
Method
1 Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Oil two oven trays.
2 Combine olive oil, garlic cloves and fresh sage leaves in small bowl; spread over pizza bases then top with ham and cheese.
3 Cook, uncovered, about 10 minutes.
Notes
We used large (25cm diameter) packaged pizza bases for this recipe. Fontina is an Italian cows-milk cheese that has a smooth but firm texture and a mild, nutty flavour. Mozzarella can be substituted for the fontina. This recipe was sourced from Women's Weekly Australia.
